1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Awesome Dog Training website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Awesome Dog Training offers dog training, boarding, doggy daycare, dog walking, and in-home pet sitting services in the Walla Walla, WA area. Specific terms for each service will be discussed and agreed upon prior to commencement of services.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled through our website or by phone. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of scheduling priority.

4. Health & Vaccination Requirements

All dogs receiving services must be current on core vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella) and must be free from contagious illness. You are responsible for providing accurate vaccination records upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog showing signs of illness or aggression that poses an unacceptable safety risk.

5. Owner Responsibility

As the owner, you are responsible for disclosing your dog's full behavioral history, including any history of biting, aggression, or anxiety. You assume responsibility for any damage caused by your dog to persons or property that results from undisclosed behavioral issues.

6. Emergency Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, Awesome Dog Training is authorized to seek veterinary care for your dog. You will be responsible for any veterinary costs incurred. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you before seeking emergency care.

7. Limitation of Liability

Awesome Dog Training takes every precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care. However, we are not liable for injury, illness, or death resulting from undisclosed pre-existing conditions, actions of other dogs, or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

8. Photography & Media

We may photograph or video your dog during training or care for use on our website and social media. If you do not wish your dog to be featured, please notify us in writing.

9. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and common digital payment methods. Prices are subject to change with notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Walla Walla County, Washington.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
