My Story with Molly

My journey into specialized dog training didn't start with a desire to be a trainer; it started with my own dog, Molly.

Molly was reactive, unpredictable, and aggressive toward other dogs. At around 9 months old, walking her became a nightmare. We avoided meeting other dogs when we went for walks. I constantly lived in fear of what she might do next. Then, one day she lunged at a dog, yanked me off my feet, and injured my leg. I was in pain for a month and completely at my wit's end.

Traditional training advice didn't work. Generic obedience classes failed. I realized that if I wanted to save my relationship with Molly, I had to fundamentally understand dog psychology, behavior modification, and how to communicate in a way she understood.

That desperation turned into an obsession. I learned how to turn a reactive, fearful dog into a calm, confident companion in just a few weeks. Molly's transformation was so profound that it changed the trajectory of my life.

Why I Do This

I founded Awesome Dog Training because I know the deep emotional toll of owning a difficult dog. When a client calls me crying because their dog bit someone or lunged at another dog, I know exactly what that panic feels like.

You don't need to give up your dog, and you don't need to live in fear. Through structured, compassionate, and highly specific behavior modification, your dog can change.
